Creole Technologies provides computer support to small businesses and homes. Our services range from setting up multiple servers across remote offices to assisting a neighbor plug in their newly purchased PC.

We provide on-site and remote support (via the Internet). Our style of support is more personal than large corporate companies. You will never be "dispatched" a random technician. We provide your small business with a dedicated technician that will always be your main contact if you have computer problems. Network documentation is maintained and provided to you at no charge; some companies keep your passwords captive (we think for job security). However, we are confident of our services and our ability to keep you 100% happy... ask some of our current clients!

For small businesses, we offer flexible service plans as well as hourly rates. We work within your budget. Please see below.

 

 

SMALL BUSINESSES
Our goal at Creole Technologies is to maximize the value of your IT systems by increasing reliability while lowering the overall cost of support. To do this, we have established two effective service plans to meet this objective:

Flexible Service plan

Designed to lower the monthly cost of routine support, Creole Technologies’s Flexible Service plan is a block of service hours purchased each month at a reduced hourly rate. This plan is especially useful where the client uses approximately the same number of service hours each month or in the situation that one person is overseeing the IT support services while another person retains budgetary authority.

Features of the Flexible Service plan:

  • An agreed upon number of service hours are billed at the beginning of each month
  • Clients receive a two-tier pricing discount for plan hours 
  • Hours can be used by the client towards any type of support or project work during the month 
  • Unused hours are “rolled” into a subsequent months but expire at the end of the one-year period 
  • Flexible Service plan clients receive priority support in the event of downtime emergencies 

Clients who have signed up for the Flexible Service plan have experienced reduced downtime, more consistent support, and lower IT service expense. 

Proactive Maintenance Plan

With a focus on increasing the reliability of your IT systems, Creole Technologies has developed comprehensive monthly maintenance checklists for common platforms that should be performed on network systems. A surprisingly low fixed monthly fee is charged for performing these maintenance tasks and our clients utilizing the Proactive Maintenance plans have experienced a significantly higher level of performance, security, and overall satisfaction with their systems
